This paper is a persuasive investigation of "drill and kill" uses of technology (such as repetitive grammar exercises) vs. communicative uses of technology. It is research-based and includes the various resources I used to investigate. This relates to my own teaching because I often use technology for both purposes and I was curious as to what the value was for each type of technological use, especially when it comes to the now considered outdated "drill and kill".
